- The directors in charge of IR/SR and the Corporate Planning Division are responsible for coordinating with related departments that support dialogue and work to promote the corporation on a daily basis among the Accounting Department, Personnel Department, Administrative Department, Finance Department, and Group companies’ business divisions.
- As a means of dialogue, in addition to financial results briefings for investors which are explained by the representative director and the directors in charge of IR/SR, the Company actively holds briefings for individual investors, small meetings, individual interviews, and telephone interviews.
- Opinions and requests from shareholders and investors are regularly reviewed by the Board of Directors and related departments to enhance the Company’s corporate value and disclosure.
- Financial results and important information are disclosed promptly and fairly.
- The period between the day following the closing date and the day of the announcement of financial results is set as a silent period during which dialogue with shareholders and investors is restricted.
